A free NHS Health Check can help you by assessing your risk and giving you personalised advice on how to reduce your risk.

The checks are available for all adults between 40years and 74years of age.

As part of the NHS Health check you will be offered:

·                                 A personalised risk assessment

·                                 Advice tailored to you on how to reduce your risks
