We have systems in place for managing chronic health problems like diabetes, heart disease, asthma and blood pressure. Routine monitoring is carried out by the doctors and nurse during medication reviews and intermediary reviews.
We have a practice-based counsellor, Agnes Bassaly, and access to a wide range of psychological services through the local community mental health trust. Therapies include one-to-one therapy, group therapy for anxiety and depression, and family therapy. Referrals are made by the doctors where appropriate.
We have a dedicated practice-based dietician, Kashena Mohodawoo, from St George’s Hospital. The clinic is run on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.
We are a designated Yellow Fever Centre and offer an extensive range of travel vaccinations and advice, tailored to your travel destination.
Some of the vaccinations advised for travel, do not come under the NHS provision and will attract a fee. If you are planning to travel, please arrange an appointment with the practice nurse.
